| How Do I Register as a User? |
| You can register as a user via U.S. mail or facsimile. Simply
complete a User Registration form and return it to us via fax or
mail. Email us, or call us at the phone number on this page if you
need us to forward a registration form. Or better yet, for a
printable version of a User Registration form, click here. Just follow the instructions on the form.

| How Do I Register a Case For Online
Mediation? |
| Complete a Mediation Registration Form and mail it to us with
your firm check for the Mediation Fee. If you are the first to
register the case for mediation, counsel for all other parties will
receive an email advising them that the case has been registered for
Online Mediation, and advising them how to register their parties
for participation in the Online Mediation. |
| If the case has been registered for mediation by the Plaintiff’s
Attorney or by the attorney for another defendant and your client
wants to participate in the Online Mediation, just complete the
relevant portions of the Mediation Registration form and send it
with your check for the mediation fee to our office. |
| Upon receipt of your registration fee and check, your case will
be activated and given a mediation Start Date. Check your
home page on Butler Online Mediation for the status of all cases
registered for Online Mediation. |
